Q2: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Yes, we will not release your design to any third party unless we have your explicit permission. We can also sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before you send the drawing.
Q3: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Usually we do not set a strict MOQ, but larger order quantities will yield more cost-effective pricing. Additionally, we are glad to produce prototypes or samples for clients to verify our quality standards.
Q4: Can samples be provided?
A: Yes, we can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock. However, customers are required to cover the sample cost and the courier delivery charges.
Q5: What are your terms of payment?
A: Our standard payment terms are T/T 50% as deposit, and the remaining 50% before delivery. We will provide photos of the finished products and packaging before you settle the balance.
Q6: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5-7 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the total quantity of your order.
