QWhat is the max output wire size?
It could run max 58A. You should use 4-6 AWG wire for the output. But we could only fit for 6 AWG wire now. We would update this unit in the next version and make it could fit 4 AWG wires.
QIt says 1400w for 24v system, I have 1600w because of 4s 4p 100w 12v panels. This combiner box 1400w max? Mine is 1600w which is 200w over.
You should get 4 panels in 1 string. Then you would get a 48v combination and use 1 string in this box. 4 string = 16 panels and it would work since the max current for 1 string would be 15A for this system. The cords and fuses are fitted.
QWhere can I buy replacement 15a fuses?
We provide some as the replacements in our original package. It should be 4 more in the package. If you want to purchase more, you could purchase standard 15A DC fuses.
QI have 12 * 400 watts panels. I have 3 connect together in series, so 4 in total. During the day the panels pushes about 60a. Would this work?
No, the fuse is 15A rated.
