What is your delivery & after-sales service?
The delivery is according to order quantity, normally for containers order we need 1 month. Per each month 20 containers (20'ft or 40'ft) are no problem for us. We can answer user's question and solve their problem in 24 hrs per each day and give full technical support in time to all of our products.
Do you accept OEM and ODM?
Yes. Our R & D team owns latest technology, can develop & produce products as customers' drawing & under their brand.
What is your payment terms?
a. 30% T/T in advance as deposit, balanced against the shipping documents.
b. Irrevocable L/C at sight for order which amount is over 100 thousand USD.
c. For old business partner, we can negotiate together for other special terms.
