Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
As the product is customized and needs to be produced, we will charge a sample cost. However, if the sample is unqualified, it will be free, or we will refund the sample cost after you place mass orders.

Can you make the molds for us to produce new products?
Yes! If the order quantity is large, we can afford part of the mold cost.

What is your standard delivery time?
Generally, the delivery time is 20 to 30 days after the goods are confirmed and ordered.
